From your initial interest a site meeting will be arranged at your convenience with our designer who will discuss the possibilities and your specific requirements.

Once you have decided on our proposed design, our team of designers, surveyors,
and architects will guide you through the process of obtaining planning consent.

Where appropriate, we will prepare and submit detailed structural engineering calculations for approval from your Local Authority Building Control Department.

Upon receipt  of your planning consent from the Local Authority, you will be provided with a detailed works schedule, providing specific key dates and stages of work.
